Our classrooms are welcoming and safe environments for the young seeker to enjoy the wonder of discovery. Our teachers are highly qualified, skilled and passionate about early childhood development and love preschoolers. Neatly tucked into a predictable daily schedule, mornings are packed with new experiences that encourage development of fine & large motor skills, spiritual understanding, early literacy & math skills and the most important – friendship skills!

4 key developmental areas:

Pillar-144x300Spiritual – through songs, simple prayers, Bi-monthly interactive chapel services, highly nurturing teachers and stories, children are taught that there is a God who created them and loves them very much!

Pillar-144x300Cognitive– engaging in ‘active’ activities focused on beginning math, early literacy and an introduction to nature make each day exciting.

Pillar-144x300Social – Teacher interactive ‘free play’ is the platform for teaching children how to be a good friend. Time is spent teaching children to identify and name emotions in themselves and others which encourages empathy, a necessary component for positive social engagement.

Pillar-144x300Emotional development – is encouraged through loving and encouraging opportunities for children to ‘make choices’, ‘help others’ and ‘finish tasks’.  Allowing children to practice independence skills, such as pulling on their own coat, pouring their own juice, helping prepare for snacks or crafts promote self-confidence and motivation.
