Tuition & Donations

We want every family that desires to be a part of our community to be unhindered by the tuition requirements. We are fortunate to have a fund that provides tuition assistance to families with additional needs. By awarding nearly $12,000 this school year, our team provided financial relief, reducing tuition rates by 25-50% for eligible families. Unfortunately, the needs are growing faster than our funds. To continue offering a rich early childhood education to families in our community, we ask for your financial donation to help replenish these funds and keep our school accessible.

Each month, you will receive an invoice for your tuition. To pay online, simply click on the payment link in the invoice and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Please make your checks payable to John Knox Community Preschool (JKCP) and include your child’s name on the check.

• Checks may be mailed or put in the blue drop box next to the Preschool Office interior door. A $30 fee will be charged on all NSF checks. If a second NSF is received in a school year, payment other than a personal check must be arranged.
• You may submit a year’s worth of tuition checks to be held until the due date for deposit. Please direct these to the Preschool Office.
• Please do not put checks in your child’s backpack or give them to teachers. Please give them to the Preschool Office or drop box only.

Cash payments are accepted in the office only.  Please do not mail or use the drop box for cash payments.

Many financial institutions have online bill pay. This service is usually free and can be used to set up reoccurring or one-time donations. Please contact your financial institution’s customer service center to setup online bill pay. If you’d like to give to a specific ministry, please write the ministry name in the memo area of your bill pay service or contact us at  accounting@jkpcusa.org.
